BreatheFit is the breathing practice that we use in SuperCORE to evolve you beyond your stress into a stronger state of thriving. BreatheFit coaching offers you positive daily action – a practice of breathing techniques that releases stress, clears brain fog, calms your nervous system, and opens the way for clarity in your healing process.
As BreatheFit coaches, we direct you to breathe using certain techniques, movements, and rhythms. It is our intent that you can begin to develop some of these breathing practices on your own and integrate into your daily life to reduce stress in 5 minutes or less!!
Our classes are 15- 25 minutes. It’s often challenging for people to direct their own breathing so we coach you to connect with the eight foundational conscious breathing patterns in our regular BreatheFit and SuperCORE classes online. Our intention is that you release and resolve stress in your body. Our ultimate goal is to upgrade the nervous system and provide you with natural innate healing potential to evolve beyond stress and live a life of thrival.
